History of Heaven on Earth Restaurant & Bakery

Heaven on Earth Restaurant & Bakery began in 1974 as a small café and bakery. With only a few employees and a remote location, and add to that – poor history of previous businesses at that location, odds for growth were certainly not in the company’s favor.

However, because of unique marketing, great guest hospitality and generosity, our business grew and became highly successful. Heaven on Earth Restaurant & Bakery is now widely recognized as one of the leading destination stops in Southern Oregon. It’s located right off the Interstate I-5 between Grants Pass and Roseburg with easy on and off access.

Our Specialties

One of the most widely recognized signature items are the famous cinnamon rolls, both original glaze and caramel pecan nut. It was the first baked item produced. The reputation of the cinnamon roll grew consistently with word of mouth. With travelers from everywhere along the West Coast, the cinnamon roll is the now reason for stopping at Heaven on Earth Restaurant & Bakery. We feature both the family size roll and the individual size.
